Those who have been Christopher Nolan's work closely should know his latest masterpiece titled
Inception (well there's nothing on its official website yet - nothing, not even a link).
The teaser trailer, embedded below, looks like a cross between
Dark City (or some may say
The Matrix, but I prefer the former) and
Jumper, with a hint of his own classic
Memento thrown in (by the way, don't bother checking that link). And that sums up to one word: kick-ass.
Is that two words?
But what casts! There's Leonardo DiCaprio (I hate him in Titanic, but he's awesome in Martin Scorcese's films), Ken Watanabe as the baddie, the motor-mouth Ellen Page, Marion Cotillard, the versatile Cillian Murphy and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Woohoo!
Nolan, whose movies have all been favoured by critics, is being secretive with his latest project. The 'The Dark Knight' director also managed to convince his stars to keep the story to themselves.
And that's not bad. That's not bad at all.
